Through coachesdontplay, I found true friendship, community, and inner strength. A genuine belief in myself and the power to root and grow. I've been on the sidelines, present but not fully. Yet, I've never had to do it entirely alone; I've let myself be inspired by everyone else and continued the battle. Coach Michelle helped me find myself, accept, let go, and set boundaries for a new foundation. Coach Jesper taught me to see and experience from various perspectives, angles I avoided due to discomfort and anger. OUR COACHES ARE ON A

MISSION TO HELP YOU CHANGE


Our mission is clear:

Guide you to be your best self, one day at a time as the path to a better you unfolds.

What are the rules?


  • Join the challenge and do some sort of activity every day (for 90 days)
  • Document all or parts of your training during the challenge
  • Every video must be visibly tagged with sponsors and hashtags (given to you)
  • Your profile cannot be hidden during the challenges duration.
  • Today´s video must be posted no later than 09.00 (utc +1) the next day. the post needs to be in the format of a story (minimum 1 minute), a reel or a post.
  • Minimum training time each day: 20 minutes (we highly recommend more than 30 minutes to gain the best results).

What activites count?


  • Walking, jogging, running
  • Sports (martial arts, dance classes, skiing, riding, fotball, basketball etc)
  • Yoga, and other body excersices
  • Group sessions (these can sometimes be hard to film, tip is to be in the back and only film yourself).
  • Inlines, swimming, skateboarding paddle tennis, gym, hometraining etc
  • Push-ups, squats, jumping jacks or similar (minimum 30 per day, which can be done at seperate times during the day).

What does not count?


  • Trainingsession not filmed
  • Walking “a few stairs”, or swimming a few laps
  • Not training
