199 cm of grounded leadership. Kiril brings his military discipline, fitness knowledge, and calm command into every gym session. Originally from Moldova, and a former special ops soldier, he found CDP after moving to Spain to care for his mother. His role started as a presence — and quickly became protection. Kiril manages the gym space like a sacred ritual: no egos, no slack, just truth and growth. Whether leading workouts, managing equipment, or checking in with each member personally, he creates an environment where people feel safe to be strong. His deep knowledge of training, nutrition, recovery, and group dynamics makes him the physical pillar of the CDP ecosystem.
